PlotVybe ("we," "us," or "our") operates plotvybe.com and provides property tax analysis reports using publicly available county appraisal district data. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect

- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number collected during checkout.
- Property searches — the property account numbers and addresses you search for or request reports on.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, device type, browser, approximate geographic location, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics.
Information from public sources
- Property data — property valuations, ownership records, tax information, and building details sourced from county appraisal district public records.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate and deliver your property report (PDF and interactive web report).
- Process your payment.
- Send your report via email.
- Improve the service based on aggregate usage patterns.
- Respond to support inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you purchase a report, your payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see, receive, or store your card number.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may receive limited data as described:

6. Cookies and Tracking
PlotVybe does not set first-party cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device to distinguish unique visitors and analyze site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all connections and delegating payment processing to Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Your Rights
- Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information.
- Opt out of analytics — use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
For California residents: under the CCPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.

Property information displayed on PlotVybe is sourced from county appraisal districts and other publicly available records. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Reports generated by PlotVybe are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
11. Data Source & Limitations
The property data presented on PlotVybe is derived from county appraisal districts and other public sources. All such information is distributed without warranty of any kind — implied, expressed, or statutory. The source agencies expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the data.
Ownership and deed information shown in reports is derived from public records and does not constitute a title search or legal determination of ownership. PlotVybe is not an abstract company. Where public records conflict as to ownership or location, we make no determination of priority or superiority of title. You are advised not to rely on this information for that purpose.
In compliance with Texas law, PlotVybe does not display residential photographs, sketches, or floor plans, nor do we display information indicating the age of a property owner.
All analysis, scores, and recommendations provided by PlotVybe are computational estimates based on publicly available data and should not be considered a substitute for professional appraisal, legal counsel, or tax advice.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
