1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlotVybe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers of reports.

2. Description of Service

PlotVybe provides property tax analysis reports using publicly available data from county appraisal districts. Reports may include valuation breakdowns, year-over-year trends, tax bill analysis, comparable property data, neighborhood statistics, protest readiness scores, and related content. Reports are delivered as interactive web pages and downloadable PDFs.

3. Not Professional Advice

Reports generated by PlotVybe are for informational purposes only. They are not certified appraisals, legal opinions, or professional tax advice. PlotVybe is not a licensed appraiser, attorney, CPA, or tax consultant.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions. Protest readiness scores, savings estimates, and recommendations are computational estimates and do not guarantee any outcome in a property tax protest or other proceeding.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Property data is sourced from county appraisal districts and other publicly available records. This information is distributed without warranty of any kind — implied, expressed, or statutory. We make no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.

Ownership and deed information shown in reports is derived from public records and does not constitute a title search or legal determination of ownership. Where public records conflict as to ownership or location, we make no determination of priority or superiority of title.

In compliance with Texas law, PlotVybe does not display residential photographs, sketches, or floor plans, nor do we display information indicating the age of a property owner.

5. Report License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a report, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that report for your personal property tax evaluation purposes. Reports are generated for a specific property and tax year, and are intended to help you understand and evaluate your own property tax situation.

6. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display reports or their contents.
• Use reports to create competing products, services, or databases.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data in bulk.
• Reverse-engineer the analysis methodologies, scoring algorithms, or report generation processes.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

7. Purchases & Refunds

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, discounts, and promo codes are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Reports are delivered digitally and made available immediately upon generation. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are generally not provided. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in cases of technical failure that prevents report delivery.

8. Report Updates

Purchased reports may include free updates when new appraisal district data is released for the same tax year, at no additional cost. This benefit applies only to the specific property and tax year purchased, and does not extend to future tax years or different properties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlotVybe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on report content, or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlotVybe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or reliance on report content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the PlotVybe website — including text, graphics, report formats, analysis methodologies, scoring algorithms, software, and design — is the property of PlotVybe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason — including, but not limited to, violation of these terms.
